DESCRIPTION:Wildlime invite you you to take time out to invigorate your body and mind, to reignite and rejuvenate at our 4 day wellness retreat.\nDuring our time together we will undertake walks to challenge your body, feed you well to nourish the mind and learn the art of meditation and relaxation.\nYou  will be introduced to multiday hiking as we take you on daily walks designed to inspire, motivate and sometimes challenge you – you can achieve more than you know!\nWe will have 3 beautiful sessions to help you relax and rejuvenate with time spent in learning the art of meditation, stretch and restoration and a beautfiul private massage.\nAll your meals will be provided, and we will explain why they were selected, why products were chosen and how to prepare them.
